    Poliomyelitis; application of statute; city of New York

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 21, TITLE 6

    § 2162. Poliomyelitis; application of statute; city of New York.
    Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter or any other
    general, special or local law, the terms "local board of health" and
    "health officers" as used in sections two thousand one hundred sixty and
    two thousand one hundred sixty-one of this chapter shall include the
    department of health of the city of New York.
