    SECTION 2229

    Tuberculosis; vaccine and vaccination

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 22, TITLE 2

    § 2229. Tuberculosis; vaccine and vaccination. 1. No vaccine shall be
    used for the purpose of inducing immunity against tuberculosis in humans
    in this state unless produced in accordance with regulations established
    or approved by the commissioner.

    2. Vaccination with such approved vaccine shall be performed only in
    accordance with regulations established by the commissioner.
