    SECTION 223

    Public health and health planning council; compensation and expenses

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 2, TITLE 2

    § 223. Public health and health planning council; compensation and
    expenses. The members of the public health and health planning council
    other than the commissioner of health shall receive no compensation for
    their services, but shall be reimbursed for expenses actually and
    necessarily incurred in the performance of their duties.
