    SECTION 2402

    Cancer; reports confidential

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 24, TITLE 1

    § 2402. Cancer; reports confidential. The reports of cancer cases
    made pursuant to the provisions of this article shall not be divulged or
    made public so as to disclose the identity of any person to whom they
    relate, by any person, except in so far as may be authorized in the
    sanitary code.
