    SECTION 2446

    Rules and regulations

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 24-A

    § 2446. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall have the power
    to promulgate such rules and regulations as shall be necessary and
    proper to effectuate the purposes of this article.
