    Exception

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 24-E

    § 2499-a. Exception. The dispensing of the standard written summary
    shall not pertain when the hysterectomy is performed in a situation of
    imminent danger in which the physician determines prior dispensing is
    not possible or feasible.
