    SECTION 2700

    Bureau of chronic disease and geriatrics established

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 27

    § 2700. Bureau of chronic disease and geriatrics established. The
    state department of health shall establish a bureau of chronic disease
    and geriatrics, which shall develop a program designed to improve and
    protect the health and vitality of middle-aged and elderly citizens of
    the state.
