    Units for hospital and health-related affairs

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 28

    § 2804. Units for hospital and health-related affairs. 1. The
    commissioner shall establish within the department a unit for hospital
    affairs to assist him in carrying out the provisions of this article.

    2. The commissioner shall establish within the department a unit to
    assist him in carrying out the provisions of this article relating to
    facilities providing health-related service. He shall also appoint a
    council to advise on matters affecting health-related service.
