Right to rescind request; requirement to offer opportunity to rescind
Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 28-F
* § 2899-g. Right to rescind request; requirement to offer opportunity
to rescind. 1. A patient may at any time rescind the request for
medication under this article without regard to the patient's
decision-making capacity.
2. A prescription for medication may not be written without the
attending physician offering the qualified individual an opportunity to
rescind the request.
