    Review of hospital operations

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 29

    § 2907. Review of hospital operations. The department shall continue
    to exercise all of the functions, powers and duties prescribed by this
    chapter in connection with hospital operations within the state with the
    objective of promoting the highest quality of hospital care for the
    citizens of the state.
