Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 29-C
§ 2993. Regulations. The commissioner, in consultation with the
commissioners of the office of mental health and the office for people
with developmental disabilities, shall establish such regulations as may
be necessary for the implementation of this article, subject to the
provisions of subdivision two of section twenty-nine hundred ninety-one
of this article.
