    Contracting with private entities

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 29-D, TITLE 2

    § 2999. Contracting with private entities. The center may contract
    with one or more private entities to undertake the duties delineated in
    this title. Such entities shall remain subject to existing
    confidentiality protections.
