    Local boards of health; continuation

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 1

    § 300. Local boards of health; continuation. There shall continue to
    be local boards and departments of health and health officers in the
    several counties, cities, villages and towns of the state except as
    otherwise provided by law.
