    City of New York; exceptions and limitations

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 1

    § 312. City of New York; exceptions and limitations. Unless otherwise
    expressly provided, the provisions of this article except section three
    hundred ten of this chapter shall not apply to the city of New York.
