    SECTION 3203

    Live pathogenic microorganisms or viruses; violations; penalties

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 32

    § 3203. Live pathogenic microorganisms or viruses; violations;
    penalties. Any violation of this article shall be deemed a misdemeanor
    punishable by a fine of two hundred dollars, six months' imprisonment or
    both.
