    SECTION 3404

    Construction; inconsistent provisions of other laws

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 34, TITLE 1

    § 3404. Construction; inconsistent provisions of other laws. The
    provisions of this article shall supersede any inconsistent provisions
    of any general, special, or local law.
