    State park health district; board of health; powers and duties

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 5

    § 382. State park health district; board of health; powers and duties.
    The board of health of a state park health district shall have all the
    powers and duties of local boards of health and shall appoint a health
    officer qualified as provided by the sanitary code.
