    Consolidated health district; health officer; appointment

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 6

    § 396. Consolidated health district; health officer; appointment. In
    each consolidated health district the board of health shall appoint a
    health officer qualified as provided in the sanitary code.
