    SECTION 4135-A

    Birth certificate; child born in prison

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 41, TITLE 3

    § 4135-a. Birth certificate; child born in prison. There shall be no
    specific statement on the birth certificate as to the fact that a child
    was born in prison.
