    SECTION 4654

    Authorization of fee-for-service continuing care retirement communities

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 46-A

    § 4654. Authorization of fee-for-service continuing care retirement
    communities. The commissioner shall approve up to eight fee-for-service
    continuing care retirement communities to encourage affordable care
    options for middle income seniors, up to two of which may be operated by
    a for-profit entity.
