Judicial review
Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 4-A
§ 466. Judicial review. The action of the commissioner in suspending,
revoking or refusing to issue or renew a permit or imposing any fine or
reprimand upon the holder thereof may be reviewed by a proceeding
brought under and pursuant to article seventy-eight of the civil
practice law and rules.
