    City of New York; exceptions

    Public Health (PBH) CHAPTER 45, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 3

    § 545. City of New York; exceptions. Unless otherwise expressly
    provided, the provisions of sections five hundred forty to five hundred
    forty-four of this chapter, inclusive, shall not apply to the city of
    New York.
