Laboratory supply stations; control; inspection; discontinuance

§ 563. Laboratory supply stations; control; inspection;
discontinuance. 1. Each district laboratory supply station and the
sub-stations thereof shall be maintained and operated in accordance with
the rules and regulations of the department and shall be subject at all
times to inspection by authorized representatives of the commissioner.
2. The commissioner may at any time discontinue any district
laboratory supply station or sub-station or rescind any appointment
previously made under this chapter.
