    SECTION 64

    Payment of expenses of public officers

    Public Officers (PBO) CHAPTER 47, ARTICLE 4

    § 64. Payment of expenses of public officers. Every public officer who
    is not allowed any compensation for his services shall be paid his
    actual expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of his official
    duties.
