    SECTION 51

    Rules and regulations

    Public Service (PBS) CHAPTER 48, ARTICLE 2

    § 51. Rules and regulations. The commission shall adopt such
    additional rules and regulations as it deems necessary and proper to
    implement the provisions of this act.
