Entry into force, eligible parties, and withdrawal
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 11
§ 1103. Entry into force, eligible parties, and withdrawal. This
compact shall come into force when enacted by any four states.
Thereafter, this compact shall become effective, as to any other party
state that enacts this compact, upon the affirmative vote of a majority
of the officials on the compact committee.
