    SECTION 1104

    States eligible to join compact

    Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 11

    § 1104. States eligible to join compact. Any state that has adopted or
    authorized horse racing with pari-mutuel wagering shall be eligible to
    become a party to this compact.
