Employees at harness race meetings
Racing, Pari-Mutuel Wagering and Breeding Law (PML) CHAPTER 47-A, ARTICLE 3
§ 326. Employees at harness race meetings. At least eighty-five per
centum of the persons employed each day in the operation and conduct of
pari-mutuel betting at harness race meets licensed pursuant to sections
two hundred twenty-two through seven hundred five of this chapter shall
be citizens of the United States of America and residents of this state
for at least two years immediately prior to the commencement of such
employment. Each person, prior to his employment in the operation and
conduct of pari-mutuel betting at harness race meets, shall be required
to execute and submit to the corporation or association by which he is
employed a duly verified affidavit setting forth his qualifications for
employment pursuant to the provisions of this section.
