    Extent of property rights of a partner

    Partnership (PTR) CHAPTER 39, ARTICLE 5

    § 50. Extent of property rights of a partner. The property rights of
    a partner are (a) his rights in specific partnership property, (b) his
    interest in the partnership, and (c) his right to participate in the
    management.
