    SECTION 408

    Trustees

    Religious Corporations (RCO) CHAPTER 51, ARTICLE 19

    § 408. Trustees. (a) The society shall be administered by its
    trustees. The trustees shall be responsible to the members.

    (b) The by-laws shall provide for the term of office of the trustees
    and may provide for the division of the trustees into classes.
