Religious Corporations (RCO) CHAPTER 51, ARTICLE 19
§ 409. Ministers. Any minister shall be called or removed and the
salary fixed or changed by a vote of the majority of the members present
and voting at a meeting of such corporation called for that purpose,
unless the by-laws provide otherwise.
