    SECTION 812

    Action for waste by ward against guardian

    Real Property Actions & Proceedings (RPA) CHAPTER 81, ARTICLE 8

    § 812. Action for waste by ward against guardian. Such an action may
    also be maintained against a guardian by his ward, either before or
    after the termination of the guardianship, for waste committed upon the
    real property of the ward during the guardianship.
