    Ancient conveyances abolished

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 8

    § 241. Ancient conveyances abolished. The conveyance of real property
    by feoffment, with livery of seizin, or by fines, or common recoveries,
    is abolished.
