    Certain deeds declared grants

    Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 8

    § 246. Certain deeds declared grants. Deeds of bargain and sale, and
    of lease and release, may continue to be used; and are to be deemed
    grants, subject to all the provisions of law in relation thereto.
