Notary public
Real Property (RPP) CHAPTER 50, ARTICLE 9
§ 313. Notary public. The term "notary public, " as used in sections
two hundred ninety-nine, three hundred one, three hundred eight, and
three hundred eleven, of this chapter, includes any person appointed to
perform notarial functions.
