    SECTION 103

    Lighting of tunnels

    Railroad (RRD) CHAPTER 49, ARTICLE 3

    § 103. Lighting of tunnels. The commissioner of transportation is also
    hereby authorized, empowered and given full and complete authority to
    require and compel all tunnels used or to be used by railroads operated
    by any form of power in this state, to be properly lighted by
    electricity or otherwise, or by such means or in such manner as said
    commissioner of transportation may direct.
