Passenger refusing to pay fare may be ejected
Railroad (RRD) CHAPTER 49, ARTICLE 3
§ 61. Passenger refusing to pay fare may be ejected. If any passenger
shall refuse to pay his fare the conductor of the train, and the
servants of the corporation, may put him and his baggage out of the
cars, using no unnecessary force, on stopping the train, at any usual
stopping place, or near any dwelling house, as the conductor may elect.
