Account of moneys collected
Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 13
§ 203. Account of moneys collected. The corporation counsel shall pay
over at once to the city treasurer, for and on behalf of the city, all
moneys collected by him for and on behalf of the city, including fines
and penalties.
