    Costs

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 13

    § 202. Costs. Neither the corporation counsel, deputy, clerk, or any
    other subordinate or assistant, shall receive any fee or compensation of
    any kind, other than the salary fixed by law or by the board of estimate
    and apportionment.
