    Penalties for violation of preceding section

    Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 6

    § 80. Penalties for violation of preceding section. Any officer or
    member of any board or department of the city, making or voting for any
    contract prohibited by the preceding section, or auditing any account or
    claim under any such contract, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
