Appropriations for band concerts
Second Class Cities (SCC) CHAPTER 53, ARTICLE 6
§ 81. Appropriations for band concerts. The board of estimate and
apportionment may include in the annual estimate and appropriate an
amount to be expended by the superintendent of parks under the
supervision and direction of the commissioner of public works, in
providing public band concerts in the public parks or places of the
city.
