    SECTION 723

    Copy of letters issued to chief fiscal officer of county to be transmitted to comptroller

    Surrogate's Court Procedure Act (SCP) CHAPTER 59-A, ARTICLE 7

    § 723. Copy of letters issued to chief fiscal officer of county to be

    transmitted to comptroller.

    Within ten days after granting letters to the chief fiscal officer of
    the county the court must transmit to the state comptroller a certified
    copy thereof.
