    SECTION 309

    Social services official as conservator

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 8

    § 309. Social services official as conservator. In appropriate cases,
    a social services official shall initiate a special proceeding for the
    appointment of a conservator pursuant to section 77.03 of the mental
    hygiene law.
