Grant of aid
Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 5, TITLE 10
§ 353. Grant of aid. Upon the completion of an investigation the
proper social services official shall
(a) decide whether the applicant is eligible for and should receive
family assistance, the amount, nature and manner of paying or providing
it and the date on which it shall begin,
(b) notify the applicant of his decision in writing.
