    SECTION 388

    Special charters

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 6, TITLE 1

    § 388. Special charters. The power and authority given to agencies,
    associations, corporations, institutions and societies in their charters
    shall not be abrogated or nullified, except as the same are in conflict
    with this title.
