    Penalties

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 7, TITLE 1

    § 460-f. Penalties. Any person who intentionally violates any
    provision of this article or regulations of the department relating to
    certificates of incorporation, operating certificates or confidentiality
    of information shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor.
