    SECTION 71

    Commitments

    Social Services (SOS) CHAPTER 55, ARTICLE 3, TITLE 3

    § 71. Commitments. Commitments to a county home may be made by such
    town and city public welfare officers as are authorized by the county
    commissioner. All other commitments to hospitals or other institutions
    at the expense of the county public welfare district shall be made by
    the county commissioner, or by such other official as may be authorized
    pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
