    Existing rights and remedies preserved

    State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 7-A

    § 123-i. Existing rights and remedies preserved. Nothing in this
    article shall abridge or alter rights of actions or remedies now or
    hereafter existing.
