    SECTION 123-J

    Separability

    State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 7-A

    § 123-j. Separability. If any provision of this article is held
    invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions which can be
    given effect without the invalid provision.
