    SECTION 135-A

    Definitions

    State Finance (STF) CHAPTER 56, ARTICLE 9

    § 135-a. Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless otherwise
    indicated, the term "small business concern" shall mean a business which
    is resident in this state, independently owned and operated, not
    dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons.
